Scholar Athlete Patch Policy
Students who qualify for the student athlete patch may not apply until after each semester is complete. Applications will only be accepted in Aug – Sept for the previous Spring semester and Jan – Feb for the previous fall semester.
Print the application and turn it into Mrs. Samples in the Main office. Once application has been signed by your head coach and Mrs. Samples has verified your GPA return the application to Mr. Phipps, the athletic director, to receive your patch.
